This page is to explain my use of the word "Gay" throughout the SparklyVampires review. You should feel pretty fucking privelaged that I have written this page at all, considering that I don't really care whether or not you're offended by my callous approach at this heated, mildly offensive word.

I've been accused a few times since I released my review upon the masses of being homophobic. I recieved the following bit of hate mail from Jenni a few months back.

"Ur review is really homophobia. U should take it down b4 sum1 sues u."

In English, I believe what she said was, "Your review is really homophobic. You should take it down before someone sues you."

My response to Jenni's message was kinder than necessary or in character for me, but nonetheless:

"Who's going to sue me? GLAAD? Nobody can sue me over speaking my mind, and considering that I'm gay I think that a case claiming that I'm homophobic would fall short."

Okay. I'm gay. Yeah, seriously. I'm not homophobic.

I use this word as a joke and nothing else. And you know what, I hate to pull this "card" but...

I'm gay and I'm allowed to use it that way without it being offensive. Yeah, I'm pulling the gay card. In other words, it's OUR WORD. Hah! Take that, bitches.

If you're still offended I encourage you to report me to GLAAD. I could really use the publicity.
